Auto Moving Submenu

Auto Moving Submenu features an unique mechanism for showcasing a menu's sub-options.
It uses a drop-down panel in which sub-items are showed and rotated as the mouse is moved across the menu bar.
All of this while the panel always remains into view while the user is hovering the main menu.
By default, other drop-down menus usually hide and re-show this panel every time a hovered menu option is changed.
This technique saves the browser from rendering an useless animation and eliminates a panel flicker which might get annoying after a while. Requirements:
· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery
