Html5 Placeholders v1.0.0

The plugin was designed to work with the new HTML5 placeholder attribute.
In case the user does not have an HTML5 compliant browser, old form labels are used instead.
An HTML5 Placeholders demo is included with the download. Requirements:
· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery 1.4 or higher
